NodiFlow respects your privacy. This policy explains what data the Android MVP processes, why it is used, and what controls you have.

1. Data We Process

• Canvas data stored on your device, including canvases, nodes, connections, notes, layout, viewport, and canvas settings.
• Media references or app-local copies of media you attach to nodes.
• Basic account identifiers, such as email and user ID, if you sign in with Google.
• Diagnostics and app interaction data such as crash logs, app version, device information, and technical identifiers through Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics.

2. How Data Is Used

Data is used to operate the canvas, keep your work available offline, support export and import, authenticate sign-in, and improve app reliability. NodiFlow does not sell personal data or use canvas content for personalized advertising.

3. Storage

Canvas data is stored locally in the app database on your device. Cloud sync is not enabled in this MVP build. Exported PNG or JSON files are created only when you choose to export them.

4. Retention

Local data remains on your device until you delete canvases, clear app data, uninstall the app, or replace data through import. Signing out of Google does not delete local canvas data.

5. Your Controls

You can export a JSON backup, import a backup, delete canvases, sign out of Google, and revoke notification permission in Android system settings.

6. Security and Children

NodiFlow uses encrypted connections for network services and limits access to operational purposes. NodiFlow is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
